Week 2: Literature Survey

Activities performed in this week

• Learned to create an organization in github and transferred related repositories to the organization from invividual profiles.
• Read Blog on sequence labeling with LSTM’s.
• Read Blog on LSTM’s to understand what it is and how it works.
• Explored option of using beautiful soup for extracting data from xml file into conell table[pandas dataframe]
• Completed coding for reading the XML file into table[Code was written for the 2018 database but can be used with 2013 with some modifications].
• Looked into PaDel Software to be used. Basically it gives us information about the two drugs that are passed.
